Classical homeopath in Quebec

Homeopathy first came into my life as a patient. As a young child, I was afflicted with a primary tuberculosis infection resistant to antibiotics, for which conventional medicine proved powerless to cure me. My family brought me to a classical (Kentian) homeopath. Within a few weeks, all my chest symptoms had disappeared and never returned. In retrospect, it would seem that fate had unwittingly sown the first seeds of homeopathy in my garden quite early on!

After the birth of my daughter, homeopathy resurfaced in my life as a way of dealing with various family health problems. However, I was faced with a dilemma: on the one hand, I was experiencing objectively very positive effects with homeopathy, and on the other, I was hearing certain critics claiming without restraint that homeopathy was unscientific, at worst quackery, at best a placebo.

To resolve this dilemma, I had no choice but to seek information at source. So, in parallel with my activities as a scientific researcher, I enrolled in a homeopathy school in 2011. It did not take me long to realize that not only was the efficacy of classical homeopathy real, but that there were clear foundations and intelligible principles for reproducing the results observed. I then understood the deeper meaning of this sentance: when the facts repeatedly contradict what we think we know about nature, it's the facts that are right, not the other way around. The ability to question our beliefs, prejudices and theories is at the root of all scientific innovation, and forms the very essence of the experimental approach in science and medicine. Without it, science becomes dogma.

Since that day, homeopathy has never left me, and I'm dedicated to advising others, combining scientific rigor with the art of healing, with the constant aim of improving the health of people with acute and chronic conditions. I am grateful to life for the privilege of accompanying so many people on their healing journey, and for the opportunity to make a positive difference to so many lives. It took a few decades for the homeopathic seeds of my childhood to germinate into a mature tree capable of spreading its seeds in its turn: I have come full circle!

I graduated from the Planète Homéopathie school in 2016 (in Switzerland), am a member of the Vocation-Homéo association (in France) dedicated to Hahnemannian homeopathy and a member of the Syndicat professionnel des homéopathes du Québec (SPHQ). My daily practice since 2013 has been deeply rooted in the colossal work of synthesizing and updating Samuel Hahnemann's teachings carried out by David Little and Luc De Schepper, two great contemporary masters of the healing art, to whom I owe so much and in particular the learning of the subtleties of using LM (Q) potencies, so beneficial for people with chronic (and acute) illnesses. Incidentally, I also hold an engineering degree (2004), a master's degree (MSc) (2008) and a doctorate (PhD) (2013), and have over twenty years' experience in applied research.
